YOUR COMBUSTION CONTROL SPECIALISTS
100% commitment to quality products and solutions for flame safety. Accurate, reliable flame monitoring is critical for burner safety and Fireye® has been delivering the industry's best and most dependable flame safeguard controls & burner management system for commercial & Industrial application for more than 80 years. Reliable quality and unmatched technical service sets Fireye apart from the competition.
First to develop infrared scanners to monitor both gas and oil flames, the first to develop a scanner that discriminated between signals from adjacent burners, the first to create a completely solid-state programming control. We have set new standards with a micro-processor-based, auto diagnostics program that communicates in five different languages.

Forney’s flame detectors are used world-wide to prove the presence and absence of flames in utility or industrial boilers firing solid, liquid or gaseous fuels.
We pay equal attention towards achieving unhindered process by ensuring device is reliable & intelligent enough to detect flame off when actually flame is off, this saves processes from faulty trips.

Fireye offers entire range of product including Infra Red, Ultra Violet or covering Visible range with both

integrated and discrete versions that safeguards very simple burners to a high end application that addresses entire industry segment including public buildings, Commercial Properties, Power Plants, Refineries, Steel, Fertilizers, Cement, Steel, Pulp and Paper Mills, Petrochemical Facilities and Food Processing Plants etc.

IDD Detector Series

Designed to accurately detect & discriminate the luminous flames that fuel oil, coal and lignite fuels create's, the IDD-II Flame Detector is used for light fuel oil flame sensing and is also designed specifically for the low flame frequency produced by high ash flames & lignite.

IDD 9000 Amplifier

Panel Mounted Flame Detector Amplifier provides advanced flame signal analysis and tuning capabilities to meet new challenges of today's market place. A flame detector amplifier for utility and industrial boilers with output contacts that make it a popular choice for multi burner applications. The Forney IDD series flame detector amplifier is available as a panel or rack mount and is suitable for coal, oil or natural gas being compatible with a variety of gas applications. The detector outputs an analogue signal with a multitude of frequencies when viewing a flame. The amplifier after receiving the signal is able to select one of many discrete frequencies which best represents the "flame on" condition.

Uniflame II - Unitised Flame Detector with built in Amplifier

A combination of solid state infrared, ultraviolet or dual (IR and UV) sensors are utilised in the Uniflame series flame detectors that are based on microprocessor technology. These can be applied to solid, liquid or combination fuel firing. It also incorporates an adjustable flame relay to eliminate the requirement of a remote signal amplifier.
