Ambient - Tekran Model 2537

CONTINUOUS ULTRA-TRACE MERCURY VAPOR ANALYSIS

Tekran’s® ambient air instruments have been used on every ocean and continent, even Antarctica. The Tekran® Model 2537 Ambient Air Mercury Monitor was the first product developed by Tekran® and remains a driving force of innovation. The Model 2537 is the only analyzer available that is capable of automated, continuous, unattended atmospheric mercury speciation that offers determination of particulate-bound Hg, Gaseous oxidized Hg and Hg° species. Our instruments produce high-resolution, accurate data that continues to advance the understanding of mercury cycling in the environment. Tekran® ambient air analyzers have been chosen by monitoring networks in the USA (NADP-AMNet), Canada (CAPMoN), Europe (EMEP) and in many other countries such as Korea, China, Germany, Poland and South Africa, to name but a few. As a testament to our excellence, our analyzers have set the standard for ambient air monitoring with hundreds of installations throughout the globe. Tekran® 2537X Automated Ambient Air Analyzer has become the worldwide standard for ambient air mercury measurement. The combination of our patented dual pure-gold cartridges and ultra-stable CVAFS detector provide unmatched accuracy sensitivity and reliability.

The Tekran® 2537X has opened up a wide array of applications that have been published in peer reviewed scientific journals..

Tekran® 2600-NG for Natural Gas and Industrial Hygiene Tekran® is able to customize our instrumentation to meet the specific needs of our industrial customers. Our experienced research and development team has the capability and flexibility needed to develop mercury analysis tools for specialized applications. Built specifically to meet the needs of the Natural Gas industry, the Tekran® 2600-NG is able to quickly and reliably determine the mercury content of complex industrial gasses. Ideally suited for study of gaseous matrices with elevated mercury, the 2600-NG can also be used in industrial hygiene applications to determine worker exposure to mercury vapors The Tekran® 2600 Automated Total Mercury Analyzer allows analysis of a wide range of environmental matrices. The instrument has a modular design with unique “Top Deck” components allowing fast user switching between analytical methods such as EPA 1631, EPA 245.7, and EPA IO-5. The Tekran® 2600 utilizes a CVAFS detector capable of measuring sub-picogram quantities of mercury.

With our highly-regarded Tek-MDS-2 software package, the Tekran® 2600 is easy to use, simple to maintain, and quick to set up.

Lab - Tekran Model 2700

METHYL MERCURY ANALYSIS SYSTEM

The Tekran® laboratory product line is specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of the modern day analytical laboratory. Built around the ultra sensitive cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer (CVAFS) detector, our instrumentation offers the lowest detection limits available that surpass the requirements of ultra-trace methodologies such as EPA method 1631. Our instruments are designed specifically for robustness and user serviceability to maximize sample throughput. Our internally developed and supported software packages allow an unprecedented level of control whether following established methodologies, or developing custom applications. The Tekran® 2700 Methyl Mercury Analysis System offers an automated solution for complex and time consuming manual techniques. The 2700 is a fully-integrated, gas chromatography, cold-vapor atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer (GC-CVAFS). The 2700 can analyze distilled waters, extracted or distilled tissues and solids, and allows direct analysis of suitable water samples. The Tekran® 2700 (MDL=0.004 ng/L) is operated via state-of-the-art, intuitive software.

The 2700 offers the capability to interface with other instrumentation such as an ICP-MS for isotopic analysis, and has the ability to characterize multiple mercury species.

Flue Gas CEM - Tekran Model 3300

MERCURY CONTINUOUS EMISSIONS MONITOR

The Tekran® Series 3300 Mercury CEM is in place at over 200 sources in the U.S. For every installation, we have met and exceeded all performance requirements for our customer’s state and federal regulations. With over 20 years of mercury instrument development in the laboratory and ambient air fields, we applied our knowledge to the Hg CEM industry and developed the exceptional Tekran® 3300 Mercury CEM. Tekran® is the most experienced mercury monitoring resource in the world and continues to lead in mercury compliance monitoring, abatement system control and mobile testing systemsBuilding on over twenty years of experience in mercury measurement, Tekran® has leapt to the forefront of the Mercury CEM industry by leveraging our experience with cold vapor atomic fluorescence and pure gold pre-concentration. In reliability, system availability and analytical accuracy, the Tekran® Series 3300 systems have outperformed all competitors in EPA and private tests in wet and dry stacks. The Series 3300 can measure total, elemental and ionic mercury in virtually any combustion source.
